Order & Communication Policies
To ensure accuracy and proper tracking, all orders, damages, and requests must be submitted through our online system.
Any requests made outside of the online system should be directed to wholesale@pureconfections.site, where they will be responded to within one (1) business day.
Communication Policy
- Email responses, phone calls, and voicemails are handled during business hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 4:00–5:00 pm EST
- Friday: 2:00–3:00 pm EST
- Text messages are not returned.
- Emails sent to jesebel.pureconfections@gmail.com will be answered within 14 business days.
Ordering Policy
Goods are shipped by cases:
- Tabby Cakes: 24 pieces per case.
- Miss Jo Cookies: 60 pieces per case.
Each case must be purchased as a whole; split orders are not accepted.
Order Scheduling:
- Orders must be made no later than Wednesdays, 5 pm EST.
- If orders are not placed by such date and time, no shipment will be sent on the following Monday.
- Shipments for orders placed are sent on Mondays, unless Monday is a nationally recognized holiday, in which case orders will be sent on Tuesday.
