Order Requests

Regular orders are placed weekly to ensure a steady and consistent supply.

• Orders must be made no later than Wednesday, 5 pm EST
• Shipments are made on the following Monday, unless Mondayu is a nationally recognized holiday, in which case orders will be shipped on Tuesday.

Special event pre-orders are intended for upcoming holiday promotions or headquarters-driven events and should be submitted a minimum of one week in advance to guarantee availability and timely delivery.
