At Pure Confections, we take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. However, we understand that shipping mishaps can occur. If your order arrives damaged, we are here to help.
Damage Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- We may file a claim with the shipping carrier and request that you hold onto the damaged item for their inspection.
